Villa Family Interior

The interior of the villa is modernly decorated with special attention paid to details. With its spacious living area of 380 m2, which spreads over three floors, Villa Family can accommodate up to 18 people in 6 bedrooms and 2 galleries. The ground floor of the villa is entered through a separate entrance and has two spacious bedrooms equipped with double beds and access to a balcony, as well as two bathrooms.

The external stairs will take you to the first floor, where you will find a spacious covered terrace of 45 m2 where you can sit and enjoy the unique view of the sea and the Riviera of Kaštela. Entering the house through the terrace, you will find yourself in a spacious modern open-space kitchen, dining room and a living room with a comfortable couch and modern furniture, where you can enjoy watching television. Through the sliding glass wall, you can access the 17 m2 balcony. On the first floor there are also three bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a large double bed and an en-suite, modernly equipped bathroom. In the second bedroom there is a double bed, while in the third you can find two single beds. In addition, there is another bathroom on the first floor with a shower.

Further external stairs lead to the second floor, where there are two duplex apartments. Each apartment has a modern and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room and a comfortable living room for relaxing while watching a movie or listening to music. In each apartment you will find one bedroom with a double bed, a gallery with two single beds, and one bathroom with a shower. One of the apartments has a balcony of 17 m2, while the other has a balcony of 24 m2 where you will find the perfect place to drink your morning coffee.

Through the spacious garden of the Villa Family stone paths intertwine, while numerous plants and trees create shade throughout the day so that you can enjoy your vacation to the fullest. In the courtyard of the villa there is also a heated swimming pool of 32 m2 around which there are sunbeds, umbrellas and seating furniture where you can enjoy refreshing drinks during the day, while you can spend the evenings with a glass of wine and the company of your friends or family on the spacious terrace (72 m2 ) in the immediate vicinity of the pool. Another special feature of this house is certainly its outdoor tavern with a barbecue, next to the swimming pool, where you can organize barbecue evenings which will make your holiday complete. In front of the house there are 3 parking spaces and 2 garage parking spaces where you can park your cars without a worry. There are also 6 bicycles at your disposal within the house for exploring the magical gardens and olive groves located in the immediate vicinity of Villa Family.

The island of Čiovo is located in the heart of Dalmatia and due to its Mediterranean vegetation, archipelago with small picturesque islands, mild climate and beautiful beaches, it is considered one of the most beautiful tourist destinations. The island is connected by a drawbridge to the beautiful town of Trogir, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Due to the proximity of the Split airport (8 km), Vila Family is very accessible for guests from all over the world. In addition, if you decide to spend your vacation at Villa Family, you will have the opportunity to go on various day trips to Dalmatian cities such as Split, Šibenik and Zadar or to national parks and nature parks, such as Krka National Park and Biokovo Nature Park.
