Terms of use – rules and instructions

After choosing your holiday unit, select your dates and the duration of your stay on the booking calendar. You will be able to select only available periods. In case the chosen property is available you can proceed to the selection of the payment method. You can confirm your reservation immediately, except in few cases when we need the owner’s confirmation.

The details of your booking - review your selection and click continue. Enter your personal contact information and the number of adults and children in your group. You may also add a message if you have any requests or further questions. You can also check the general rental terms and conditions by clicking on the appropriate link.

Payment method

Review all the details of your booking and select your payment method. To secure your reservation we require a 30% deposit (unless otherwise specified). The deposit is non-refundable. The security damage deposit is cash you give at arrival and it will be refunded on departure. Any damages will be deducted from the deposit amount.

For the 30% deposit (unless otherwise specified) please select one of the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Maestro, American Express, cards are accepted.
  • Bank trasfer.

Please note that if you use your credit card for the deposit, your booking is instantly secured and you will receive a confirmation on the website and by email.

If you have selected a bank transfer for the deposit you will receive an email with all the details of your booking and instructions on how to proceed. To finalise the reservation you are required to follow the instructions in the email and confirm your reservation. After that you will receive payment details. You are required to make the payment in the next 3 working days. After that period if we are missing the down payment you will be contacted and your reservation can be canceled.

  • the rest of 70 % ( unless otherwise specified ) of the total agreed accommodation price is due for payment no later than 30 (thirty) days before the beginning of the rental period if the payment is made by credit cards or bank transfer. If the payment in cash is selected (in the villas in which that possibility is permitted which is mentioned on the web page of ADRIATIC LUXURY VILLAS) the rest of 70% is due for payment immediately after the guest`s arrival, and the guest is obliged to pay the rest immediately directly to the owner. There is no possibility to pay electronically (cards/pay pal) in the villa.

All the rates include VAT and tourist tax for all the members of your group.

PAYMENT ON OUR WEBSITE IS SECURE: www.adriaticluxuryvillas.com takes credit card data security very seriously. For that reason we use WSPay to securely handle credit card information.

Payment by foreign credit card

The amount that will be charged on your foreign credit card is in Croatian Kuna (Kn). If you have a different currency on your credit card a conversion to Croatian Kunas will be made by your credit card company. As a result of this conversion it is possible to have small deviations between the price shown on our web site and the one charged on your credit card. Adriatic Luxury Vills can not be held responsible for any difference in price resulted by currency conversion.

Confirmation

Once the online payment is performed, you will receive a confirmation of the payment on your e-mail address. You can use this confirmation as a voucher.

Cancellation policy

If you would like to cancel your payment, it is necessary to contact us within 24 hours in written form on info@adriaticluxuryvillas.com and to explain reasons for the cancellation. In case the chosen property is not available, Adriatic Luxury Villas will contact the guest within 24 hours of booking confirmation and return all payments made by credit card.
