Villa Fresca A4 Apartman je penthouse veličine 80 m2 na drugom katu vile, koji može smjestiti 7 gostiju u 3 elegantno uređene spavaće sobe s bračnim krevetima, a opremljen je podnim grijanjem. Glavna spavaća soba ima kupaonicu s tušem. Tu je i dodatna kupaonica s tušem i svim ostalim kupaonskim potrepštinama. Moderna kuhinja opremljena je svim potrebnim aparatima, tako da gosti Vile Fresca A4 Apartmana mogu pripremiti ukusna jela za vrijeme svog boravka. Blagovaonica je opremljena elegantnim drvenim stolom za kojim može sjediti 8 ljudi, dok profinjena dnevna soba s plavim i sivim tonovima rekreira nautički ugođaj vanjskog prostora. U dnevnoj sobi se nalazi kauč na razvlačenje, na kojem jedan gost može spavati. Ogromna klizna vrata iz dnevnog boravka i blagovaonice vode na prostrani balkon s vrtnom garniturom i ležaljkama s najljepšim pogledom na Jadransko more. Ljubimci su također dobrodošli da uživaju u vili, jer je Vila Fresca pet-friendly.

Bibinje je malo dalmatinsko selo koje ima puno za ponuditi. Budući da je dom najveće marine na hrvatskoj obali - D-Marin Dalmacija - vlasnici glisera, jahti i brodica neće imati problema parkirati svoja vozila i imat će brz pristup njima. Nadalje, Bibinje nudi priliku za aktivni odmor, jer postoje mnoge pješačke i biciklističke staze, kao i uvjeti za windsurfing. Pored mnogih aktivnosti u Bibinju, Bibinje je sjajno polazište za istraživanje okolice. Samo 6 km udaljen od Bibinja je Zadar, povijesni grad u kojem se drevno spaja s modernim. Štoviše, u okolici Bibinja nalaze se brojni otoci poput Paga, Vira i Ugljana. Za istraživanje okolice, toplo preporučujemo jednodnevni izlet iz Zadra, gdje će vam biti osiguran vodič, prijevoz i hrana.

El apartamento es espectacular, tal cual como se ve en las fotos, es muy aseado y acogedor, la playa estuvo prácticamente para nosotros solos! Y los atardeceres desde el balcón fueron lo mejor. Es imposible no disfrutar de este lugar!

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit einem traumhaften Blick über die ganze Bucht von Bibinje. Es ist fast noch schöner wie auf den Bildern im Internet! Der Vermieter hat uns und unseren Hund sehr liebevoll empfangen (mit einem selbstgemachten Likör, einer Flasche Wein und Weintrauben) dafür nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank und uns die ganze Zeit sehr gut betreut. Das Meer und den Strand direkt vor der Haustür, da kann man die Seele baumeln lassen. Auch die abendliche Sonnenuntergänge haben wir sehr genossen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants gibt es genug in der Nähe und möchte man mal eben einen Kaffee trinken, kann man das sehr gut an der kleinen Beachbar nebenan. Bis Bibinje ist es nicht weit... ein sehr schöner Spaziergang an der Promenade entlang. Wir hatten wundervolle 14 Tage und können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Sicherlich werden auch wir nochmal wiederkommen :)

This place was just perfect for us, it offers everything you need. Parking and living in at the ocean. Even sunbeds in front of the Beach. The appartement was tidy, clean and comfortable. Breakfast with a great view. The host was very nice and cares a lot. Bibinje is also a great place to be, not as busy as Zadar but very close to the city. You can do a sunset walk from the appartment all along Bibinje. We can recommend the Restaurant Konoba u Ribera ;-).

The Apartment was absolutely stunning, every small details was perfect, the location with a own private beach was amazing, and the full sea view from our penthouse was incredible. The hosts were very friendly and really cared that we have a good time. We will def come again.

I can’t say enough about these apartments and location. We are a family of 3 (British and Belgian) and stayed a week in apartment A2. We also visited the penthouse. The views are breathtaking. The apartments are stunning and brand new. They are so well decorated and feel so spacious. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a perfect location to all the sights and zadar. Small marina in Bibinje is waking distance and lovely restaurants with the sunset! The beach is fantastic, also for children, nice water for swimming, place to get a coffee, ice cream and pancakes right at the side. BBQ with the view of the ocean, so quiet and the Roman ruins under the building are stunning and lit at night. I can’t think of anything this place is missing it’s absolutely perfect! What makes this place the absolute best is the beautiful family! We have traveled so much but never have I met such kind, hospitable people! So warm and welcoming and can’t do enough for you to make your stay as perfect as possible. I could go on and on about all the things they helped and did for us. We stayed in the penthouse apartment of this brand new and beautiful building (Villa Fresca A4) and enjoyed every minute of it. We loved it so much that we didn’t feel the need to venture out too much and were looking forward to coming back after eating out in the local restaurants. The place is beautifully decorated and the views are breathtaking. There is a very nice pebbled beach next to the building but there is also a private sunbathing area with beach chairs available for the guests to use. Zadar is only 15-20 minutes drive away for those interested in local history and more action, however Bibinje was perfect for us with its beautiful little harbor and several very nice local restaurants. The best part of the experience was the hospitality of the owners who made us very comfortable and were always there for us. Extremely lovely and welcoming people that made us feel like visiting old friends. It was our first trip to Croatia and we are definitely planning to come back! We booked the place through Adriatic Luxury Villas (info@adriaticluxuryvillas.com) and they were exceptional, extremely professional and very helpful indeed. Enjoy your stay in beautiful Croatia!
