The 209 m2 interior of Villa Bianca by HMZ Villas is elegantly decorated in neutral earth tones with the art pieces of Croatian artists and stretches over 2 floors. The ground floor of the villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area and SAT TV, and opens up to a fully equipped kitchen with an adjoining dining area. Two double bedrooms are located in the annex on the ground floor, reachable from the garden, and both have private bathrooms with shower at their disposal. The remaining 2 bedrooms can be found on the 1st floor of Villa Bianca by HMZ Villas. All bedrooms are airconditioned, equipped with a large double bed and en-suite bathroom. The bathroom in the master bedroom is equipped with a bathtub, while other bathrooms in the villa have a shower and other necessities such as a hairdryer,  towels, etc. Villa Bianca by HMZ Villas also has a covered terrace on the 1st floor with access to the garden via an outdoor staircase and a roof terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking the well-kept garden. The entire property is completely fenced, covered with WiFi, and has 2 parking places.
