The beautiful Villa Natura Sukosan is the ideal choice for the whole family all year round due to its magnificent heated swimming pool which keeps the water at a pleasant temperature of 26 ºC. Villa Natura Sukosan is located in the charming village of Sukosan in the vicinity of the historic city of Zadar.

The 500 m2 Villa Natura Sukosan with an indoor area of 350 m2 can accommodate 12 people (plus 2 babies) in six gorgeous bedrooms, five of which are located on the 1st floor of the villa while the sixth can be found on the ground floor. Five of the bedrooms are furnished with a double bed while the sixth one has an additional single bed. Furthermore, five of the bedrooms have access to a private bathroom with a shower. In addition to the five private bathrooms, guests will have another bathroom with a shower and other bathroom essentials at their disposal on the ground floor of Villa Natura Sukosan. The fully-equipped kitchen enables guests of the villa to engage in culinary endeavors and prepare amazing home-cooked dishes to their loved ones who can enjoy the deliciousness in the lovely dining area for 12 guests. The cozy living room features two sofas and two armchairs, as well as a Smart TV with satellite programs and Netflix. Furthermore, there is a piano for our musically talented guests, as well as a fireplace which give the entire area a bit of coziness. Upon arrival, you will be met with your host, Nikola, with whom you will agree on a time when the pool maintenance and housekeeping will take place (free of charge). For extra charge, Nikola can cook you breakfast, lunch and/or dinner following traditional Dalmatian recipes for the utmost authentic experience of Dalmatia, take you on a boat ride in the 8-person motorboat to the neighboring islands or offer you a guided sightseeing tour as he is a local. Villa Natura Sukosan also offers some spa facilities such as the Jacuzzi room with a double bed and the steam sauna room with a double bed.

The outdoor area of Villa Natura Sukosan is a Mediterranean paradise due to its 60 m2 heated swimming pool which makes the villa a perfect choice even in the preseason in spring and in the postseason in autumn. The overflow private swimming pool uses ionizers to prevent any kind of skin and eye irritation and ensuring extremely clean pool water. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Cooking enthusiasts can prepare delicious meals on the outdoor grill and enjoy them in the outdoor dining area of the villa. For an especially fun time, guests will be able to play table tennis, go on exciting adventures with the bikes provided free of charge or go on a boat excursion with the 4-person motorboat also provided free of charge. If you do not have a license for driving a boat, you can hire Nikola as your skipper. Our youngest guests will have a playground on the property of the villa. Guests will have a private parking lot for 6 cars at their disposal.
