In addition to the four bedrooms, guests of Villa Magnolia will have two bathrooms at their disposal, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, as well as a guest toilet. In the open-plan space of Villa Magnolia, guests will find the kitchen, the dining area and the living room. The gorgeous white kitchen is fully equipped so that guests have the option of preparing home-cooked meals if they wish. Next to the kitchen is the sleek dining area for four guests. The stylish living room is furnished with a large extremely comfortable couch and a flat-screen satellite TV, so that guest can get cozy and relax with a movie.

The courtyard of Villa Magnolia can be reached from the living room by going through the glass sliding doors. Firstly, guests will come across the outdoor dining area where intimate dinner parties on fresh air can be organized. In front of the outdoor dining area is a stunning 24 m2 heated swimming pool from which guests have a gorgeous view of the beach and the Adriatic Sea.
