The 600 m2 Villa Lantana with an indoor area of 144 m2 has the capacity to accommodate six guests in three gorgeous bedrooms, all of which are furnished with a double bed and an air-conditioning system. All of the bedrooms have access to their own bathroom with a shower, and there is a separate guest toilet on the ground floor of Villa Lantana. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed for cooking tasty meals. Next to the kitchen is a gorgeous dining area with a round table where four people can be seated at. The comfortable living room is furnished with a stylish L-shaped couch, an armchair and a flat-screen TV with satellite programs.

Glass sliding doors from the living room lead onto the majestic courtyard of Villa Lantana which offers its guests full privacy as the property is fully fenced. A major part of the courtyard consists of the swimming pool area with a 24 m2 heated swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds from which guests will have a majestic view of the Adriatic Sea. Furthermore, there is an outdoor dining area and a grill for guests who want to dine with a view of the sea. Private parking is available on the property.

The idyllic village of Petrcane is located in a lovely bay surrounded by the peninsula of Punta Skala and the peninsula of Radman. Petrcane is the ideal destination to spend your holiday in Croatia in a peaceful environment which offers numerous gorgeous beaches which range from rocky beaches to sandy beaches. Furthermore, cyclists and hikers will be able to explore the trails which go through ancient old olive groves. Petrcane is halfway between the historic town of Nin (9 km) and the county’s center of Zadar (12 km). Nin is famous for its gorgeous sandy beach with shallow waters called Queen’s Beach which is perfect for small children, while Zadar will delight you with its rich tourist program which consists of top-class restaurants, unique attractions and important cultural and historic monuments. The Zadar archipelago is definitely worth paying a visit to, particularly the Nature Park Telascica and the National Park Kornati.
