La Perla Apartment A2 is located on the ground floor of the villa and occupies an area of 83 m2. It consists of two modern bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms with showers. There is also a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal joined with the dining room where 6 people can be seated. Attached to the dining room is a stylish living room decorated in muted neutral tones, making it the perfect place for relaxation and socialization. The sofa in the living room is extendable, which means that the Apartment A2 can house up to 6 guests.

The outdoor area of La Perla features a 32m2 heated pool on the rooftop terrace which is surrounded by lounging chairs. You will also find BBQ equipment at your disposal and a cozy roofed outdoor seating area with garden furniture. From the terrace one can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the whole village of Bibinje.

Bibinje is a charming coastal village located in the immediate vicinity of the historic city of Zadar, one of the largest tourist destinations in Croatia. It boasts well-kept pebble beaches that make it the perfect choice for families with children. As home to the largest marina on the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija, which lies partly in Bibinje and partly in Sukošan, Bibinje is also a paradise for sailors. From the cultural and historical heritage, you will find the church of St. John the Baptist, which houses a collection of valuable artifacts from the 15th century, while the local museum also keeps a valuable ethnographic collection. Bibinje is a great choice for those who don't like tourist crowds, but at the same time want to see some of the most important Croatian tourist attractions, such as the famous Sun Greetingsinstallation in Zadar. The city of Zadar as well as the surrounding towns such as Sukošan delight visitors with their superb tourist and gastronomic offer. Nature lovers should definitely visit the nearby national parks of Krka, Kornate and Paklenica, as well as the Vrana Lake and Velebit nature parks.

Eine sehr großzügige und modernes Appartment in einer sehr ruhigen Lage zum Meer. Die Einrichtung war sehr Modern zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer und Bäder, was morgens dazu führte, dass alles entspannt ablief. Sehr gut war eine Waschmaschine, sowie eine große Küche mit Besteck und Kochuntensilien, die zur verfügung standen. Eine tägliche Vollversorgung war möglich. In der nähe waren zahlreiche Restaurants, zwei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Tankstellen für alle wichtigen Dinge. Die Geschäfte hatten 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet, Deutscher Lebensmittel bedarf ist gedeckt (Nutella etc.). Es gab täglich frische Brötchen und ebenso auch die Kroatischen Lebensmittel zum verzehr. Zadar bietet einen perfekten Ausgangspunkt mit zahlreichen Stränden, die man maximal innerhalb 60 Minuten erreichen kann. Ein gutes Angebot an frischen Lebensmittel und Bars war an jeden Beach verfügbar. Ein schönes Highlight ist die Altstadt von Zadar, die eine breite Paletten an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Ebenso kulinarisch emfehlenswerte Restaurants im Altstadtkern. Bei den guten Reservierung einholen ;) Eine sehr schöne Reise, die allen von uns gut getan hat Danke

Čisto, uredno, udobni kreveti, odlicni i ugodni domaćini koju su nas dočekali prilikom dolaska i pozdravili prilikom odlaska, dobili smo i mali poklončić prilikom odlaska od domaćina. Zaista sve pohvale i za sami objekt i za domaćine. Za svaku preporuku! 🙂

Novi predivno uredeni apartman, u kojem smo imali bas sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Svaka soba sa vlastitom kupaonicom, sa klima uredajem i jako udobnim krevetima. Kuhinja je opremljena sa svim aparatima koji su nam bili potrebni , veoma je moderno uredena. Na krovu se nalazi predivna terasa sa bazenom i predivnim pogledom na more i okolicu. Udaljenost plaze od objekta je svega 200 metara, plaza je veoma mirna i lijepa i pogodna za obitelji sa djecom sto je nama bilo jako vazno. Stan u kojem smo boravili koji se nalazi u prizemlju ima lijepu veliku terasu sto je pogodno za djecu jer ima veliki prostor za igranje. Apartman je jako cist i uredan. Sto nam se takodjer svidjelo je ljubaznost vlasnika , bilo sto da nam je bilo potrebno osigurali su nam. Prvi puta smo odsjeli ovdje , ali sigurno cemo se jos puno puta vracati. Obitelji Režan zahvaljujemo Vam se na predivnom gostoprimatvu.
