The 400 m2 Villa Ella with an indoor area of 250 m2 has the capacity to accommodate up to 10 guests in four gorgeous bedrooms, three of which are furnished with a double bed while the fourth one has two single beds. Three bedrooms are located on the 1st floor of Villa Ella and each has access to a balcony. Additionally, there are two bathrooms on this floor of the villa. The fourth bedroom is located on the ground floor of Villa Ella. Furthermore, on the ground floor guests will find a fully equipped kitchen where the guests’ favorite meals can be cooked. Once prepared, the meals can be enjoyed with the whole family in the charming dining area for 6 people. The cozy living room is furnished with a comfortable couch where 2 guests can sleep, as well as with a Smart TV. The basement of Villa Ella features a billiard table, an office area with a desk and some fitness equipment for guests who want to stay in shape. Pets are allowed in the villa upon prior request.

The courtyard of Villa Ella is fully fenced, giving guests absolute privacy during their stay. The central feature of the villa is the gorgeous 50 m2 heated pool which offers the ideal pool temperature from the preseason in spring all the way to the postseason in autumn. Surrounding the swimming pool are sun loungers and parasols where guests can relax by the pool under a bit of shade. Next to the private swimming pool is a Jacuzzi for guests who are searching after a wellness experience. Cooking enthusiasts will be thrilled to hear that there is a tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue and a dining area which make the tavern ideal for hosting dinner parties with your loved ones. Villa Ella offers 4 private parking spaces on the property and 1 garage parking space.

Villa Ella is located in a peaceful neighborhood in Zadar which is the ideal location to relax in a quiet area while still being in the vicinity of the Old Town of Zadar (5 km). The nearest shop, restaurant and other essential amenities are only a short walking distance away from the property and the bus station, only 200 m away from the villa, ensures an easy way of reaching other parts of the city. Zadar abounds in historic monuments, restaurants, unique tourist attractions and museums, all of which are definitely worth a visit.
