The 400m2 indoor area of Villa Diadora offers accommodation to 26 people in 14 beautifully decorated bedrooms, nine of which are furnished with a double bed, three with two single beds and two with one single bed. Furthermore, guests will have 6 bathrooms at their disposal, all of which are furnished with a shower, a washing machine and other bathroom necessities. Villa Diadora consists of 6 fully functioning apartments which is why guests of Villa Diadora will have access to six kitchens, six dining areas and six living rooms. The kitchens are fully equipped so that guests will be able to cook up a storm without any difficulty, while the living rooms with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV provide the ideal entertainment area for the whole family. Glass sliding doors from the kitchens lead onto balconies with garden furniture and an amazing view of the outdoor swimming pool. Your furry family members are also welcomed to stay in this gorgeous villa, since Villa Diadora is pet-friendly.

The central feature of the 500m2 outdoor area of Villa Diadora is the 32m2 large outdoor swimming pool surrounded by sun-loungers and parasols. For maximum comfort of our guests, there is an outdoor shower right next to the pool. The outdoor area also has an outdoor dining area where guests can taste some delicious meals prepared on the grill. Since the entire property of Villa Diadora is completely fenced, guests will have complete privacy during their stay.

On arrival at the villa everything seemed to be in order, the house and pool looked very tidy and were well maintained. The contact with the host of this villa was also very nice and went quickly. However, the villa is located in the middle of a parking lot in a residential area and clearly visible to all neighbors. Immediately upon arrival, we had to deal with agitated and frustrated neighbors, who apparently have been fighting with the villa owner for a long time. In total we had police on the floor four out of seven days for no valid reason. Despite the fact that both the host and landlord have tried to help us as much as possible in contact with the police and towards the neighbors, this unfortunately has had a huge impact on our holiday. Security and privacy was lacking in this villa. We would like to draw your attention to this, as we have not been able to read this anywhere in advance. Knowing this now, we will not return to this stay despite the hospitality and beautiful villa.

Sehr schönes Apartment , Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden regelmäßig gewechselt, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist ganz in der Nähe und auch ein kleiner Markt mit Obst und Gemüse. Bis in die Innenstadt und die schöne Altstadt von Zadar ist es zu weit zum Laufen, aber mit Auto in ein paar Minuten. Obwohl die Villa Diadora in einem sehr viel bewohnten Stadtteil von Zadar liegt, war es sehr ruhig. Zadar und Umgebung ist auf jeden Fall für einen Urlaub sehr empfehlenswert!

The apartment itself was beautiful, the pool was also lovely. If you have a car, the location is great for driving to national parks. Even if you do not, ubers to the town centre cost about 40 Kuna. Check in process was easy.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement, sehr sauber. Vermieter war zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt da zur Schlüsselübergabe und kurzen Einweisung. Einige gute Hinweise gab es ebenfalls. Beide Gastgeber sprachen sehr gut Englisch und so gab es keinerlei Verständigungsprobleme. Sehr ruhiges Haus, gepflegter Pool und sehr engagierte, freundliche Vermieter haben uns vier wunderschöne Tage in Zadar beschert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
