The 600 m2 Villa Acadia C with an indoor area of 300 m2 can accommodate up to 12 guests in two fully equipped apartments which feature 3 bedrooms each. The first apartment of Villa Acadia C occupies the ground floor of the villa, as well as a part of the 1st floor. The ground floor features a fully functioning kitchen equipped with all kitchen appliances and utensils needed when preparing delicious meals, a gorgeous dining area for six people, as well as a cozy living room with a comfortable L-shaped sofa and satellite-TV. Furthermore, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a guest toilet on the ground floor. The other two bedrooms of the 1st apartment of Villa Acadia C are located on the 1st floor of the villa and both are furnished with a double bed and an A/C system and have access to a private bathroom with a shower. The second apartment of Villa Acadia C stretches over the 2nd floor of the villa and a part of the 1st floor. The second floor of the villa has the same layout as the ground floor, i.e. guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable living room. Furthermore, the 2nd floor of Villa Acadia C features two bedrooms with a double bed which have access to a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom of the second apartment of the villa is located on the 1st floor of the villa and that bathroom has access to a private bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The second apartment is accessed by a private staircase separated from the 1st apartment so that guests retain their full privacy. Guests can use the resort’s gym 24/7. Pets are allowed upon request.

The outdoor area of Villa Acadia C consists of a beautiful courtyard with a view of the sea which is fully fenced so that guests have their full privacy. The central feature of the courtyard is the 24 m2 swimming pool surrounded by lounging chairs where relaxation is guaranteed. Furthermore, in the courtyard, there is a roofed terrace with an outdoor dining area for eight people and a grill. A private parking is available to guests who arrive by car.
