The 600 m2 Villa Acadia A with an indoor area of 300 m2 consists of two fully functioning apartments where up to 12 guests can be housed in six gorgeous bedrooms with a double bed. The first apartment of Villa Acadia A occupies the ground floor and a part of the 1st floor of the villa. On the ground floor, guests will find a gorgeous kitchen, which possesses everything guests might need when preparing home-cooked meals, next to which is a charming dining area for six people from which guests will have a lovely view of the outdoor swimming pool. A beautiful living room with a L-shaped couch and Satellite TV is located in the same open-plan space as the kitchen and the dining area. Furthermore, the first apartment of Villa Acadia A consists of three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other two on the 1st floor of the villa. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have access to a private bathroom with a shower. The bathroom of the bedroom on the first floor has a bathtub in addition to a shower. The second apartment of Villa Acadia A occupies the second floor of the villa and a part of the 1st floor. A fully functioning kitchen with a kitchen island, a sleek dining area for six people and a stylish living room with a L-shaped couch and flat-screen TV with Satellite programs can be found on the second floor of the villa. Additionally, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms which have access to an e-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom is located on the 1st floor of the villa and that bedroom has a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub adjoined to it. The second apartment is accessed by a private staircase, so that guests have fully privacy during their stay. Guests have access to the gym of the resort. Pets are allowed upon prior request.

The courtyard of Villa Acadia A is access through several glass doors which lead onto the roofed terrace with an outdoor dining area for six people and a grill. In front of the roofed terrace is the gorgeous 24 m2 private swimming pool which is surrounded by sunbeds from which guests can enjoy the spectacular view of the beach and the Adriatic Sea in front of them. The entire property is fully fenced and private parking is available on the property.

The beautiful village of Slatine is located on the northeastern edge of the Island Ciovo and is the ideal tourist destination for a fully relaxing holiday in Croatia in a peaceful environment. In Slatine, visitor will find a number of local facilities such as bars, cafés, restaurants and beaches with crystal clear sea. Island of Ciovo is extremely easy to reach due to the bridge which connects it to the mainland, as well as the proximity of Island Ciovo to the Split Airport (4,5 km). The breathtaking city of Trogir, which is under the protection of UNESCO, is only 7 km away, while some other bigger Dalmatian cities are not that much further either. The second largest city of Croatia called Split is 34 km away from Villa Acadia A, while the historic city of Sibenik, in whose vicinity is the beautiful National Park Krka Waterfalls, is only 64 km away. The islands of Hvar, Solta, Brac and Vis are easy to reach by a ferry from the city of Split.
