The 600 m2 Villa Franica with an indoor area of 180 m2 offers accommodation to 9 guests in 5 beautifully decorated bedrooms, all of which are equipped with an A/C system and a TV. Two of the bedrooms furnished with a double bed (180 x 200) are located on the 1st floor of Villa Franica and those two bedrooms has access to a shared balcony and to their private bathrooms, one with a shower and a bathtub and the other with a shower. On the attic of Villa Franica, there are three more bedrooms, two with a double bed (160 x 200) and one with a single bed (90 x 200). In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a bathroom with a shower on the attic as well. The ground floor of Villa Franica features a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The large fully-equipped kitchen possesses everything guests might need when preparing delicious meals which can be enjoyed in the beautiful dining area for 8 guests. In addition to the kitchen in the main building of Villa Franica, there is another fully equipped kitchen with aa dining area right next to the outdoor pool. The cozy living room is furnished with a large comfortable sofa, a satellite TV, a DVD player and a cozy fireplace that is not functional, but gives the whole space a bit of character and warmth with its presence. A washing machine, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board can be found in the laundry room. Villa Franica is pet-friendly making her the ideal choice for the whole family including your fur friends.

The courtyard of Villa Franica is a green Mediterranean oasis whose main feature is the gorgeous 24 m2 heated swimming pool right in the shades of the tall palm trees. Furthermore, guests will be able to enjoy the different level terraces, each of which provides a unique experience.
