Once you have decided to proceed with the booking, you should contact our reservations office via phone +385 97 751 9979 or via email: firstname.lastname@example.org to indicate your interest in booking the object advertised on our website. One of our property managers will email you to discuss specific requirements and collect the information necessary in order to process your booking. You will receive an Invoice containing the details of your booking. Once you have checked that you are satisfied with the details contained in the Invoice and that you have read the terms and conditions, you will need to arrange a payment in Euros.
Your booking will only be confirmed and effective when we issue a Booking Confirmation (Voucher) upon receiving the deposit payment.
To confirm the reservation a 30% non-refundable rental deposit amount must be paid within 5 working days. The deposit for last minute bookings must be paid on the day of the booking.
If the payment is not made within the agreed time frame, Adriatic Luxury Villas may perceive the booking as cancelled.
The balance of your booking will be paid on arrival day in cash, in arrangement with the property owner/ manager.
All defects or malfunctions must be reported within 24 hours. If no report is received within that time frame, it will be considered that the object is in perfect shape.
